Sugar linked to ageing

A recent study published in the journal PLoS Genetics has revealed that sugar is linked with ageing.

The study by the Universite de Montreal has said in the journal that glucose adds to ageing. They have pointed out that over consumption of sugar leads to ageing fast.

They had come to this conclusion after experimenting with yeast cells, which are similar and age much like human cells. They found that the life span of yeast cells increased when glucose level was decreased from their diets...
