A recent study published in the journal PLoS Genetics has revealed that sugar is linked with ageing.
The study by the Universite de Montreal has said in the journal that glucose adds to ageing. They have pointed out that over consumption of sugar leads to ageing fast.
They had come to this conclusion after experimenting with yeast cells, which are similar and age much like human cells. What makes skin age?
Can ageing be prevented? Well, we cannot prevent it; all human beings are prone to ageing and no super natural force can prevent the wrinkles, which is a sign of ageing. Well, though ageing cannot be prevented, it can be minimised to a great extent by maintaining a healthy life style and also with anti-ageing products.
